The Bow in the Cloud

The title refers to the rainbow that God put in the sky as the symbol of His promise to Noah that He would not again destroy all flesh with a flood (Genesis 9: 13-17)
Pace uses the image of the rainbow as a symbol of Jesus' promise to His followers that they would have eternal life through Him.
This cartoon appeared several times in The Sunday School Times, the first time being April 17, 1926
